I recently visited six chili restaurants in Amarillo to determine which one has the top chili. It was no easy feat! With each restaurant offering something unique, it was tough comparing all of them on the same criteria. However, after careful consideration I have picked out my favorite. The chili at Coyote Bluff Cafe is truly something to behold. The bold and robust flavors meld together beautifully, creating an unforgettable taste experience. I especially love that they use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create their dishes.

The portion sizes are generous as well, making it a great deal for the price. I've ordered chili here many times, and it always hits the spot. They also serve a variety of other delicious items such as tacos, sandwiches, and salads.

Overall, I'd say that Coyote Bluff Cafe serves up some of the best chili in Amarillo. Whether you're craving something hearty or light, they have something you'll love!

The chili here is simply remarkable. It's made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The flavor is robust, spicy, yet balanced. I particularly enjoy the chunks of beef in the chili paired with a mix of onions and cilantro that add a great depth to the dish. The atmosphere at Tacos Garcia also adds to the experience — cozy and inviting, it was a pleasure to eat there.

I've been to Paw-D's several times and the chili is always top notch. The aroma of the chili when you walk in the door is amazing, and it has a very unique flavor that I haven't tasted anywhere else. The way they make it really brings out a variety of flavors that make it almost like eating a different dish each time.

The chili itself is very hearty, with ground beef, beans, peppers, tomatoes, and spices all combined together. It packs quite a punch and has just enough heat to give it great flavor without being overwhelming. They also have an array of toppings that you can add for extra flavor. I like to add sour cream, cheese, onions and cilantro for added complexity.

Overall, Paw-D's Place dba Grandmas Cocina likely offers the best chili in Amarillo. The smell alone when you walk in will make you hungry and the great taste will keep you coming back for more!

The atmosphere is quaint, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff - they know the menu and the recipes inside out. The menu has something for everyone: a variety of chili recipes, burgers, sandwiches, soups, and more. And of course - their best chili is definitely worth mentioning!

The chili itself is full of flavors. It's not too spicy and there are just enough beans so that it can be enjoyed without making you feel heavy afterward. Plus, I'm always happy to find a great selection of toppings to choose from including jalapenos, onions and cheese.

On top of all that - the price is unbeatable for the quality provided. When it comes to the best chili in Amarillo - I can confidently say Youngblood's Cafe delivers on both flavor and value!
