I've had plenty of fried fish, but the crispy battered fried catfish at Hook & Reel is definitely the best I've ever had. The catfish tastes so fresh and the garlic butter sauce that comes with it gives it an added flavor kick. The crunchy homemade coleslaw was also a nice complement to the dish.

The atmosphere of Hook & Reel is relaxed and casual, and their staff are very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, which was an added bonus.

The fried fish I had at Crackin' Crab was amazingly crispy. The exterior was just the right combination of crunchy and flavorful. As for the interior, the fish was flaky, tender, and well seasoned. The texture was perfect - not too greasy, but definitely still juicy!

On top of that, I found their sides to be just as great as their main dish. Their fries were well-seasoned with a variety of herbs, and the tarter sauce gave it a nice kick. They also had plenty of other side dishes like coleslaw, hush puppies and more.

All in all, Crackin' Crab serves some of the best fried fish in Amarillo - hands down!

The fish is cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The fries that come with it are also great for soaking up the extra oil from the fish. The fried fish here is incredibly delicious and flavorful - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chefs here take great care in preparing their dishes, and it really shows. The fish used is always fresh and tastes amazing, not to mention you can definitely tell they use only the finest spices when seasoning their dishes.

Another thing that makes Toom's unique is their unique boba tea selection - they offer a wide variety of flavors as well as customizable options so you can have your own unique drink every time you visit.

The flavor of the fried fish was absolutely amazing. I could definitely tell that it had been cooked to perfection; it was still crispy on the outside and yet so soft and moist inside. The fish was seasoned perfectly and had just the right amount of saltiness, making it very tasty.

What really stood out to me was the quality of their ingredients. They use only the freshest produce, ensuring that every bite is as good as it can be. It's clear that they go to great lengths to make sure their food is top-notch and that the customer has a pleasant experience while eating there.

The restaurant itself is quite nice and the service is great. I can confidently say that Chiyo's has the best fried fish in Amarillo. The batter was crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the fish inside was cooked just right - moist and flavorful!
