When I enter the park, I am welcomed by lush green grass and trees of all varieties. Sam Houston Park also has modern outdoor playgrounds and many different picnic areas for families to gather and enjoy. The large pond in the center of the park is incredibly serene, making me forget that I'm in a big city.

The trails at Sam Houston Park are often my favorite part. These wide, winding trails offer a great opportunity to go for a jog or take a leisurely stroll. Glenwood Park
